Mobile Message Service Terms By consenting to Mi Casa Hispana Inc’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Mi Casa Hispana Inc through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Mi Casa Hispana Inc. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

  • Cost: We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

  • Opt-Out: You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to the number from which you received the message or reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you.

  • Help & Support: For Service support or assistance, text HELP to the number from which you received the message or email us at info@micasahispana.org.

  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mi Casa Hispana Inc and its licensors.

3. Links To Other Web Sites Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mi Casa Hispana Inc. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

4. Termination We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Mi Casa Hispana Inc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
