Job Summary
- Use of Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online on a daily basis
- Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals (journal entries, accruals, adjustments, etc)
- Payroll & Sales Tax processing
- Federal and State Income Tax Preparation
- Interacting with individual and corporate clients
Responsibilities:
– Prepare financial statements for clients on QuickBooks
– Prepare payroll checks, pay liabilities, and file forms
– File and Pay sales tax
– Prepare state and federal income tax returns
Qualifications:
– Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting is preferred
– Previous experience in accounting, payroll, and tax return is required
– Experience with QuickBooks is required
– Detail and deadline-oriented
– Strong communication skills
